Lucy has always had a knack for finding better ways to do things. Throughout her career, she’s focused on improving systems, streamlining processes, and helping businesses reach their full potential.

Starting in real estate at just 19 while completing her Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Lucy quickly recognised how small operational changes could deliver big results. That insight paired with her hands-on industry experience and sharp attention to detail became the foundation upon which Carte Blanche was built.

Today, Lucy works closely with agencies to simplify the way they operate, improve efficiency, and reduce overheads, all while creating space for teams to focus on what they do best. Her approach is practical, forward-thinking, and built on a genuine passion for helping businesses grow smarter.
